Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama is the medical insurance provider to the majority of the residents of the state of Alabama. Long-time client of the Agency, was looking for a different approach to their email informative campaigns. They wanted to stand out without alienating their clientele.

The Approach ______

My concepts tried to highlight the ease of use for their patient portal, myBlue. Two approaches were presented to the client. An lifestyle approach, which is what they have been used to, and an approach just focusing on the application.

The Takeaway ______

Showing people of all walks of life in the first design was to be able for BCBSAL to make the connection that they too are Alabamians and not some outside company.

The second design was showcasing the educational aspect and highlighting the recently updated user interface, which was much more user friendly and easy to follow.
